While I was playing cricket i got knee injury my joint dislocated now I have lot of pain what should I do

I had adductor muscle sprain on 12th July. Post that my knee pain increased severely. Please find my MRI report and suggest corrective measures. Do I need to go for surgery?

Hi I recently got a very bad low back spasm while bending forward, my back was painful & very stiff for 1 week and after being on bed for 6-7 days i slowly got better. Now i am fine (been 1 month) but at times i randomly feel like slight pinch on same area while moving/sitting. What is the problem ? 5 yrs back i had same back pain while bending. It got better in 10 days. What is it happening to me?

My right pair toe paining after running nange pair . it aches when wearing chappal or nange pair chalna .

I injured my lower back 2 months back while lifting a heavy flower pot. The pain was severe. I could not sit, stand or walk properly. I got relief after a week under medication and complete rest. Now, 10 days back I got lower back pain again. Not severe but additionally I am feeling numbness, pain on left  buttock, left thigh and left lower leg whenever I sit in the office chair or stand  wherever for 10 min.

This is the second time my ankle got sprained , there was small swelling and bit pain so I ignored it ,but now it's been 1 and half month it is giving me pain, could you please suggest what should I do to fix it asap.xray are normal.

From last few days I have acidity and from last evening I have pain in my upper chest right arm and on neck also...when I lie down straight on my bed it hurts less but when I turn right and left it hurts more...during walking also I feel pain and discomfort on chest... I have regular pain on my upper back and lower back also.. I have high BP and asthama also.. is this is due to acidity, muscle spam or something else...kindly suggest what should I do ??
