Hello dr i had ankel swell and pain and finger pain I consulted ortho dr and they did test and said uric acid is high and est and vit b 12 is low and hemoglobin is less and suggested this medicine I just want a second opinion is this tablets safe and is this tablet is steroids . I was suffering from chest pain (costocondritis ) for past 1 year ,then one day my doctor recommended me to check my vitamin d levels and it is was very low 10 ng/ml on 28 July 2022. Since then I took  -1 arachitol 6 lac injection and -6 uprise 60k capsules weekly.  And from yesterday I switched to 5000 iu D3 capsules daily. My question is how long will it take to get my vitamin d 3 levels to be NORMAL . PS-- i don't feel that kind of pain like earlier after physical activity but still I am taking precautions and avoiding any intense activity like running and lifting heavy weights

As I am AVN patient, doctor suggested me to take osteofos 70. I want to know the side effects of this tablets. Already I have started to take this I want to know whether it will effect other bones growth. Thanks

My aunt is not able to stand for a longer period of time becoz of that minor fracture in backbone and previous doctor has told her to not to sit for longer period of time and  she got fracture in her backbone when she slip off on the floor and in starting 1st x ray has been taken and doctor only told to rest and prescribed with some pain killers and nothing else and it's been 2 months now she is still suffering from pain whenever she gets up from the bed and while sitting on the bed ad she is not able to walk without support and also doctor has not taken Xray since its been 2 months and only suggesting for bed rest...kindly pls do help me out in such condition what else we can do...

Sir....i fell from the stairs and broke my tibia and fibula near my lower  left ankle.....then it has been operated with plates and screws.....i am 31...i regularly used to exercise before.... Can i recover if i take bed rest between 3 to 6 weeks?
