Bone & Muscle problems

Since 2weeks ,on and off I'm felling the pain at the ball of the foot without any reason or impact . It's very discomfortable to walk. Why does one get it? Any remedy that can be effective to overcome this pain.kindly advise

My wrist dislocate 4 year ago, now their is no problem, but when I rotate my wrist or thump , my nerve or vein is moving one red circle, if I rotate my wrist ,cracking sound producing basically it nerve vein folded during that rotation, will something can happen in future? or surgery not done properly 4 year ago and vein goes to wrong side?

I was operated one month ago and my knee can not bend having troubles in taking up my leg by itself.

I am 26y old male, ca you duggest me how to deal with mild ingrown toe nails. it causes pain in toe.

Below both my knees here i have round hard lumps on the bone. I don't feel pain if i touch it. But many years back i got hit very hard while playing football on the right leg just at that spot. So there is pain below knee when i put pressure on right leg only. But the bump is there on both knee it is hard. Is it bone cancer or something i never took it seriously

When I bend down or get up from the bed I get severe pain at the back of my neck at the left hand side and then I can hear a pulse in my ears and then get a headache and I get disoriented. I visited an ENT he prescribed me OTOCAP & Complamina. After having these medications now I get the same symptoms as before but a new symptom of Nausea & Dizziness has started. I wanted to know if I should visit an Orthopedic Dr as the pain starts from the neck and then proceeds to other symptoms as mentioned above. Thanks.

Sir what is time limit for knee bending in distal femur communicated fracture if knee does not bend through physiotherapy then what is treatment for knee bending & what is time limit

My mother having Pain and swelling in right leg near knee Report are attached off 3 months ago Taking BP medicine problem at am25 almost daily what might be the reasons of swelling and pain Which tests further we should do??

Its has been more than 4 months after my surgery was done for removal of Giant Cell Tumor from right distal femur region of my right knee. I am able to bend my legs till 120 degrees but the movement is stil not free the bending starts from 105 degrees and goes upto 120 degrees as i do more repetition. Also in extension i have a lag of 20 degrees i can extend  my legs till 160 degrees actively and passively i can do till 180. I am continuing with my physiotheraphy excercise regularly. Kindly let me know the next steps and any timeline by which i should achieve full movement both in extension and flexion. Attaching are images of my extension and flexion active range
