Sir/mam i have back pain in my lower back from 3 years...when i sit with crossing legs and try to release/relax back freely i feel pain in lower back...and also when i do some physical work in a day like standing,sitting,walking then i feel pain (कुलन) in my back and little bit of pain in my right leg too...3yrs ago i used to go in e rickshaw where i do feel too much shocks due to broken road and i noticed that from that time this problem started with me... My X-Ray is normal ,my arthritis report is normal and also my CRP report is normal which i also attatched... Sir/mam plzzz help me i m in depression now🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have spondylosis and disc bulges. My grandfather (paternal) had rheumatism and died of it. Whenever my hands pain or become stiff I fear I will also get rheumatism. Is it possible I get that? I am a feeding mother. Will this affect my child? Pls help me. I am scared to ask this to anyone. Pls

Hi doctor's My mother had back pain problem for several years. On July 29, 2020 mother had laminectomy & discectomy surgery. But after few months the pain got started again, she's struggling to do normal activities, she can't stand, she can't sit facing pain from back to till leg.. I looked ortho doctor, they are telling to revision surgery (Spinal Fusion) but our first surgery(laminectomy & discectomy surgery) itself we faced lot of post surgery complication like DVT. We are fearing to do other surgery... How to cure this back pain without surgery? Please advice doctors...
