I have been suffering from shoulder pain for the last five days.It might be due to muscle strain.Can I take Dilone Forte to get relief from pain?

Swelling and pain in Wrist from last three to four days in her right hand... And she has a 6 months old baby to feed.

My husband is having pain under the skin of one of knuckles of right hand for past two days and today there is some redness, inflammation along with the mild swelling. There is no mark of injury, it pains like boil but no boil is visible. I am attaching the image herewith for your reference, kindly help us understand what is it and shall we see a doctor for this? 27 days back, my knee got injured when I slipped on stairs. Swelling started appearing on my knee. I went to doctor. After x ray it was found that there was ligament injury on my knee. Doctor applied plaster of 21 days. Plaster was removed after 21 days. Swelling was less after removing the plaster. Doctor suggested me to soak my legs two times in a day in hot water and also use creepe bandage in day time. Now it is 7 days after removal of plaster. Swelling decreased but not recovered 100%. Also I am still not able to stand. I want to know how much time it will take to recover fully. As it is already 28 days, I am still feeling pain when I am trying to put weight on my right injured leg. Is there any way to recover faster?

Hi sir I have undergone surgery for removal of bone tumor from my right distal femur region of my knee on 14/04/2022. The surgery was done using extended curettage method with cementing and plating. I am doing physiotherapy since 6 weeks and have been able to bend my knee close to 90 degrees in sitting position and around 80 degrees in pronated position. I am experiencing stiffness after doing excercises and also during morning my legs feels heavy during morning. The stiffness is near the surgical site and around the patella region of the knee . Is this stiffness fine and is my bending angle satisfactory or is it a matter of concern. Also is the stiffness normal.

The 5 points mentioned here are symbolic of which disease ? Please dr explain it. X ray of cervical spine

45 days after partial tear of MCL and MPFL, knee MRI was conducted which has an impression "Focal articular cartilage thinning with increased signal intensity along medial facet of patella, however subchondral bone is normal, suggestive of grade 3 chondromalacia." However I do not have any pain or crepitus in patellar region. Also on clinical examination by orthopaedic surgeon, there was no pain in patellar region. Is MRI a reliable source to diagnose chondromalacia or there may be a possibility of mis-diagnosis.

I get neck spasms frequently and post which pain in neck, hands and lower portion of back head is there. i had did mri but report was normal . It suggested degenrative chnages aka cervical spondlytis. kindky suggest y i get this spasms and suggest medicine .

Hi..i have been having fatigue and low muscle endurance esp after recovering from Covid. All reports are normal. Dr recommended L Carnitine 500mg tablets along with a multivitamin. Will L Carnitine help with fatigue & energy... Thanks

Mild & uncomfortable Pain while taking breath in upper right side chest area since last 4 weeks. No other issues. Pls guide. Temporary relief on applying ice on those areas.
