Severe neck pain radiates to shoulder at times. If pain not there there is a tingling feeling on the neck

I am quite in laptops and phone all the time and with a improper sitting position basically my back in a hunch position. Well this been done since 3 - 4 months I could sometime feel my right shoulder blade with some pinching pain. This used to go way after some time. But since last two weeks this pain is consistent and is in a particular place of right shoulder blade only. Eventually this led to extreme stiffness in my right side of neck and progressively went into right chest. Recently I made a doctor visit where he diagnosed it saying that it caused from anxiety. Well I am dealing with anxiety from last 4 yrs but it's not so chronic or extreme now that it used to be earlier. It's very rare. Well now I am confused whether should I go with his diagnosis or seek another treatment

About 1 month back, she had a left knee ligament teat. Local doctors have advised rest for some time followed by surgery. Need further guidance gor surgery.

I was going to gym and then one day after gym I had back pain and from its been a month I got an MRI scan done found 3 slip disc extrusion, I am on bed rest since 5 days and will be doing it for a month, will that fix it or do I need go for surgery?

I have no more pain in the knee does it mean meniscus tear is healed? When can I know the knee is fully healed?

I am having knee instability but when I did MRI , first it shows patella alta and 2nd time mild ACL edema, now am taking treatment from 4 months am taking neuroday and carnisure but some time am getting twinching sensation in the ligament portion under knee ball, why it's happening but am able to walk and lift weight.
