My foot thumb was hit by the door and suddenly the thumb nail popped up. I immediately applied turmeric to the wound. When something is touching the thumb nail I was feeling like hell lot of pain. Exercises during plantar fascia

I have been suffering from heel pain from last 3months.morning time pain is more, but rest of day there will be less pain. Patient History. Diagnosed with Hemangioma at the age of 6 on the ankle of the left leg. Hi Sir/Madam, can we take the calcium and zinc tablets that are available in the medical shops for general use.
