Very severe upper back trap pain
Hello sir, I had been on neurokind LC tablets for some 4 years.but since 1 year I have stopped taking them.because even after consuming them my back pain was still persistent. And now I consulted ortho doc who diagnosed it as fibromyalgia.i literally can't sleep at night because of this which is very very disturbing my dayto day schedule. So my doubt is whether physiotherapy can be better treatment or giving injections on the trap muscle??.pov-i Want my back pain to go forever. And applying heat is good for the pain or cold pack?

Fibromyalgia is treatable condition but requires a lot of input from your side and medicine is only an additional treatment and not the sole one. You will rehab program which will include a teamwork of an orthopedic surgeon,  physio and Occupational therapist. The condition occurs due to inadequate maintenance of our body by means of proper food, rest and exercise. If you can avail the services of competent people of above specialities then you will have definite relief in 12-24 weeks. There is no short cut like only taking medicines.
