Bone & Muscle problems

I have been suffering from left neck pain for a month. Visited an orthopaedic two weeks back. As prescribed, I took Myosone Plus and Etrobax 60 for two weeks. And the pain gradually went away. But the crunchy sound still persisted. Then, He prescribed Myosone SR for next two weeks and Pregabid 75 20 for a month. And also suggested cervical exercise Since last Monday, suddenly acute pain reappeared. I am talking medicines as prescribed. The Prescriptions and the XRay report are attached. Please let me know what is causing this pain and how I can get quick recovery.

My son is 10yeara old .he had a fracture in wrist...dr had plastered him for a month and prescribed ibugesic 10ml Nd disperyme tablets Is it safe to take ...please help.

I am B12 deficient taking NUHENZ tablets from 1 month . I had symptoms in hand and feet before. Now I am having tingling and light burning sensation in whole back and little in neck and in both arm and hand also. Taking D360 60k for vit d3 ( 27) . Is it normal to have these symptoms? Pls respond

My vitamin d level is 10 and b 12 is 88 . I was having extreme muscle strain and extreme left hand pain and could not even hold my office laptop bag for 10 minutes. Ortho doctor had prescribed me b 12 injection for 5 Alterna days and 1500 mg methico plus tablet for 10 days . But still my hand pain is there . My thyroid level is also normal and haemoglobin is 13.5. taking 60 k calciferol tablet weekly. How long it takes to bring my b 12 and d level to normal ? Also for vitamin d tablet or injection which is effective ?? I could not able to do normal household work due to pain in both the hands , sometimes even my chest also pains and it's tender also

Hello , Yesterday I fell down the stairs and my shoulder got dislocated..the doctor reduced my shoulder back in an hour .. the doctor asked me to get an MRI .This is the first time my shoulder got dislocated. Attached is the report.Will it need surgery .

Hi doc , I m going thrugh neck pain on both sides , which is coming to arms..i hv been to doctor..doctor had done my xray but didnt tell me wats in xray, prescibed , setolac mr tablet...i m attaching my xray here. Is there anything serious?

Can disc bulge at D11, D12 be a cause of chest pain ? I have disc bulge at C5, C6, D11, D12, annular tear at L5-S1. I have right sides chest pain and all tests come normal.
