My mother in law 56 above and she suffering from spin gap and doctor told to operation plzz send see this report

There is feeling of palpitations on left elbow Joint . Don't know whether it's muscle or veins but feels like there is some kind of obstruction. This occurs after every 20-30 min. There is no injury. Recently had Covid Infection and back from Leh Ladakh Trip.

Hello doctor, I've been diagnosed with early osteoarthritis. I have been suggested to do the physio but my knee pain has aggravated after doing the physio for two days. Can you please help me understand if this pain will subside or do I have to live with the pain. Thanks in advance

Doctor recommended ACL reconstruction. Chronic tear ACL. Is there any way to recover it without operation? Or the operation is needed?

This is the report of MRI of my father in law.previously (6 years ago) he suffered with sciatic pain. Suddenly from last Sunday he was unable to sit stand and the pain was unbearable. Can arthritis lead to Alopecia? I have both. After starting the medication for Arthritis (TOFE 5 mg and Salazar DS) I spotted a patch in my scalp five months ago. After proper treatment i have full hair growth in the patch now. In case I stop immunosuppressant (Only on TOFE 5 mg at the moment) for arthritis in future after consulting doct. Will this trigger alopecia areata and lead to patchy scalp again? Pls reply
