If there is weakness and other symptoms of cord compression as has been written in the prescription, i believe undergoing a surgical decompression procedure is in best interest. However, if you're unwilling then please stay in absolute bed rest and start physiotherapy once the pain resides.
Next Steps
Kindly send the MRI films and consult online
Health Tips
Avoid squatting, lifting heavy objects, sitting for prolonged periods
