I got a bimaleculor ankle tibia and fibula distal Orif surgery on Feb 20 this year i took a x ray s after that and used medications completely heeled but while walking am getting pain and swelling what I have to do can you please suggest

After fracture swelling may take time to subside.
Things you can do to avoid swelling -
Physiotherapy
Hot fomentation / Wax bath mobilization
Keep you limb elevated on stool while sitting
Apply crepe bandage when being mobilized
