Frozen Shoulder
I have been undergoing physiotherapy for last 5-6 months for treatment of Right frozen shoulder. All my lab tests , Sugar, RH , Uric acid etc are normal. Also no known injury. Really do not know , how it happened. Though there is improvement in my range of motions but still experiencing pain early morning in my shoulder area . Please advise .

You may add intra artricular steroid injection. after which pain will be drastically reduced and increase motion of your shoulder

Continue do normal exercise for shoulder joint. It will go eventually.

It's a self limiting disorder. Pain will not be completely settled. Mild discomfort will be there
