Cervical spondylitis, frozen shoulder
I was detected with cervical spondylitis after 4-5 months I had frozen shoulder, now since 1& 1/2 months I am taking medicines & physio therapy but pain in shoulder and arm is not getting reduced.

• Hot fomentation x twice daily. • Neck Exercises. • Neck Stretching. • Postural Correction. • Shoulder Shrugs . • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Take frequent Breaks at work • Use cervical pillow. • Use Back Support.
