I have met with an accident in 2016 and suffered shoulder fracture and its almost 9 years my shoulder is frozen and my movement is limited (70-80%) and pain, can i know if i can go for adhesive capsulitis embolization or arthroscopy

That is post operative stiffness
No surgical and other treatment works
Just start doing shoulder exercises as much as you can and that is the only solution for your stiffness

No embolization or arthroscopy will work as again you will start having stiffness

- Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
- Keep no pillow under the head.

The next stage is to examine you and reach a diagnosis i.e. the cause of the pain and stiffness.You may need to undergo further scanning of the shoulder joint.
