At your age the best option is to go for PRP injection where a pain doctor will take 10 ml of your blood and make platelet rich plasma (PRP) and inject it with a very small needle in your shoulder. It is very effective and gives very long lasting results.
Next Steps
Consult with a pain management specialist.
Health Tips
Avoid lifting heavy weight with the painful shoulder and don't sleep on that shoulder.
