Bone & Muscle problems

I belong to a part of society where going to gym is not considered good but what I have studied and researched online is different. Right now I am in a very confusing state and need answers for the following: #Can I go to gym? #Will going to gym affect my height? #What exercises should I do and don't in gym? #Does going to gym have health benefits? (My father's height is 5,6 foot and my mother is approximately 4,10 foot tall)

My leg bone is too weak. I used to deficiency of calcium. Too much lack of calcium. I'm 28 year old. Can you please suggest me what can I do improve my calcium in my body. My legs literally shaking while climbing stairs because of weak bones. Please help me.

IMPRESSION * Moderate Knee Joint effusion with oproximal tibial contusion and incomplete fracture as described. * High grade partial/Complete Tear of Anterior Cruciate ligament as described - correlate with clinical examination. * Medial Meniscal parameniscal cyst as described. Is surgery mandatory for above condition?

How long does coccyx pain last..as it has been 2 months and little pain persists ,xray shows minimal anterior displacement of distal coccyx segment.
