I am working in gis design daily 12 hours working 3 hours travelling that's way back pain and neck pain also any suggestions pleae

I had pain in my back 1 month ago doctor advised me to get my vitamins level checked. So my vitamins level was low. I had taken all the medication and then went to lab to see what is the status now. So, reports concluded that now my vitamin d is 67.4ng/ml and b12 is 504 pg/ml which is good now as per doctor . But still i am having calves pain , arms pain and back pain . I am feeling very less energetic .. please help

I am feeling very pain in both hip and lower back ( between both hip), hip pain changes pattern, some time side some time in hip , both side symmetrical with same intensity, I am taking etoshine 60 and GABANUERON 300,in Feb 2022 I have done MRI of SI and PELVIC but MRI was quite normal

Hi my mom got injured 1 month back and we did her mri yesterday, please help based on finding: Diffuse edema and mild irregularity of the fibers of the anterior cruciate ligament is seen - low grade partial tear. Peripheral tear of the posterior horn of medial meniscus is seen. Thin irregular subchondral hypointensity is seen along the inferior and posteroinferior surfaces of the lateral femoral condyle with a fairly large area of subchondral marrow edema - of concern for subchondral fracture. Mild irregularity of the patellar articular cartilage is seen with small subchondral foci of marrow edema grade IV chondromalacia patellae. Mild suprapatellar bursal effusion is seen with marked edema in the joint space reaching the posterior joint recess. Will physiotherapy help?

I had spinal anesthesia two months back for a surgery. Now I have pain at injection site while bending backwards . I have stiffness at lower back too. What can I do .Will stretching excercise help ? Or I need to take MRI.
