  4. Radius and Ulna break. Properly or not!

Radius and Ulna break
Before 40 days my fathers radius and Ulna break due to fall on stairs after that doctor done operation after 40 days we go to remove plaster but doctor told in elbow rod not fix properly so doctor again that rod fix but my fathers elbow is still paining what can we do please suggest. I attach that days xray. Please tell the operation is done properly or not
