I had a distal radius and ulna surgery
I got into a bike accident, and my radius and ulna bone got fractured, so I had a internal fixation surgery, It's been 1 and half months now, so please can you advice me when I can join sports, I'm a footballer and i need daily practice and want to join gym, so how much time it will take to fully recover.
