Not a good idea to always take MRI when pain comes  back. First try - Medications ( Analgesic with muscles relaxant ) Physiotherapy Life style modification In case the pain persists we can always take MRI later.
Next Steps
Orthopaedic Counsultation - For thorough examination and medications.

The MRI findings needn't necessarily correlate with the symptoms. Instead of spending money on MRI please consult a competent orthopaedic surgeon who can assess and ascertain the reason for the pain and device a treatment protocol. You are young so physiotherapy can give you immediate and lasting benefit if followed properly.
