My father have been bearing himself pain with extra grown muscle. It doesn't hurt him when he puts his hand away, but when he trys to put his hand closer to underarm he feels pain due to friction. What is the reason behind it?. Wasn't it fat ? . Please give solution for it.

It appears normal for age. If he is truly worried he will have to loose some weight. Till then please keep the area dry and apply powder to reduce friction. Wearing an arm length undergarment or T shirt will help.
