Bone & Muscle problems

I'm suffering from heel and foot pain over a 1 month not able to walk properly due to this pain there is no sweet and inflammation around my feets

Few months ago my doctor said ihave  Costochondritis.. will Costochondritis cause back pain and also mild stomach pain that comes and go often mostly in upper side.. i have persistent mild upper n and left abdomen stomach pain.. for more than 3 weeks now.

My brother had an accident in 2011 due to which his thigh bone broken afterward he got operated and had a compound facture in that duration bone got curved shape so he again had an operation in july 2012 after that his bone never heal during this process he again operated in 2015 but we can't saw any recovery recently last year july 2021 he again operated and after that he raced alot of problems in feb this year his thigh caught an injection due which he again operated and the rod paches has taken off after that he is still facing the same problem his condition got worst his knee caught injection and was under observation for 7 days but we can't see any difference and in this fourth operation which was held in july 2022 his knee is continually paining this that ...

Three weeks ago I fall down by the scooty and I always feel pain in my right ribs when I sleep and change my sleeping position. What I do.

I like running, I run 8 KM per day in the morning. I always get mixed reviews on running vs walking. Is running good considering long term impact? Will running cause any damage to knees in the long run ? Is brisk walking better than running? Please suggest, Thank you

I have rods and can i operate it and remove the titanium rods or leave it like that only will it create problems in future..

Can pain in knuckles-usually mild but gets worse during season change-be due to rheumatoid arthritis? This has been happening since 9 months.
