Hello ..there has been a circular lump like swelling in my leg below the side of left knee since 3 days. There was no injury neither any bruise nor I was doing any exercise. And it causing pain on standing near that area and stretching in veins near the knee joint. I don't have any idea whom to consult and what has happened.

I met with a road accident in Feb 2017, Wrist was fractured and underwent operation as mentioned in the attachment. I have following queries- • It pains when flexing the Index finger. (Since the accident) • Wrist movement is restricted in contraction movement. (Since the accident). Shall I get the implant removed? I do gym (weight lifting), will removal of implant hamper or deteriorate the wrist joint? Will the problem of index finger & wrist movement get any better by removing the implant? How long will the healing take ?

Hi I have been experiencing moderate neck pain on the left side with some crunchy sensation, while turning head for more than two weeks now. Visited an ortho, who prescribed Myosone plus and Etrobax 60 for two weeks. Taking meds since Saturday. Not much improvement yet. Sometimes, the pain is moving towards the neck and arm. What is causing this problems and what's the remedy. Please suggest.

Hi, I have a Mucoid Degeneration of ACL in my left knee Cyst formed in ankle as per the attached due to twisting of the ankle multiple times I can not run more than 2-3km without pain Now I am having pain in my right elbow and left wrist Please advise what should I do ?

I was diagnosed recently cervical spondylitis . Wt to avoid . I mean how many months to avoid mobile. Recently unable to sleep properly neck muscle back side it is paining tightness burning sensation is there . If iam using belt no problem . Can I sleep on very thin pillow. Wt precautions to take dng neck excercise also .how many times to do neck excercise??
