I am diagnosed by full thickness partial tear of supraspanitus tear in shoulder. Consulted a orthopedic doctor and it said that required surgery. I dont want to go for surgery.can anyone have idea how to treat it without surgery

Hi, Have injury in head right side...with no bleeding...Visited general physician, gave us tablets for blood clot. Its now alright, but it gives me headache in the injured side..Is it anything serious...please help...

My mother is 60 year old and she consult with orthopaedic for knee pain and he told me that knee joint space is narrowing due to this reason she facing this issue. Doctor only give one pain killer, I need a permanent solution for this either medical treatment or physiotherapy. Kindly suggest which is best option for future.

Hello, May 25th i fell down from two wheeler, in x ray told that right side ankle got break..for that bandage is applied..after 10days suddenly one day felt leg got twisted.. heavy pain MRI done., Enclosed MRI report..came to know Ligemenent tear issue.. , please check my report and suggest me..is it can be treated without surgery or how..,

I have been facing extreme lower back for last 3 weeks which causes a tingling sensation in my right leg. I did an mri scan which shows slight bulge in L4L5 vertebrae. I have completed 10 days of Physiotherapy and have been taking Gabapin for over 2 weeks now. The pain has reduced as I was on complete bed rest for almost 2 weeks. Since the time I have resumed work, I feel the pain again. And this could be because of sitting. Although I make it a point to stand and stretch every hour. I'm still facing discomfort and sitting and walking. What should I do? I have stopped exercising completely.

Can knock knees be corrected without surgery? If yes , then how can it be treated? Is it true that we can treat knock knees problem with exercises at home?

I have pain in my left inner thigh near the groin area. It hurts a lot when I am sleeping and trying to lift my leg during that time.

Is D11, D12 disc bulge causing indentation on thecal sac serious ? I have disc bulge in C5, C6, L5-S1 too. My neurologist advised for MRI since I have chest pain for a year and all ultrasounds, XRays, ECG, MRI thorax are normal.
