Pain in right foot heel
Suffering from pain in heel from last 4 month unable to walk properly in morning while waking up after 5 mins it will reduce. I have to stand minimum 5 hours per day .
Kindly suggest good opinion

Or is there history of any fall 4 months back affecting ur foot. ?
U need to do
1. Physiotherapy (ankle pumps)
2. Foot insoles
3. Analgesics
4. MCR footwear
