Bone & Muscle problems

Took mri 5 months back of hip. It was normal.. Today physiotjyeapist asked to take x ray of hip.Reports of x ray show normal. Please need advise on x ray..are the images clear?

I have tear in my medial meniscus and a partial tear in pcl.I have almost recovered from locking and pain in my knee.But I have loud clicking sound in my knee while walking.Can I get back to my normal exercises and daily chores??Will that cause any further damage to tear?May I know the grade of my tear acc to MRI??Does PRP injection work to heal the partial tear??

My shoulder dislocated twice while playing cricket, from last two days I feel numb like feeling and tingling sensation in palms however there is no significant pain or shoulder movement problem, is normal or worry some what further action to be taken
