Sir, my mother's leg got fractured on 27 April..and after 45 days of cast removal there is still swelling ..can she do hot fomentation for better recovery ?? Note: everything was normal in X-ray while cast removal ( X-ray showing 60% formation)

I met with accident before 15 days and had multiple fracture including rib fracture. I am feeling severe pain from last 15 days in ribs. Taking pain killers but no benifit. Can't able to sleep.  Enclosing x ray. Kindly suggest me for healing and also for get rid of rib severe pain.

Initially, there was a slight pain in my leg, then I showed the doctor, he gave medicine, it did not have any effect.Later I got MRI done and in that I got disc bulge and due to which the pain was going in my leg and The pain is in my groin and near the ankle and there is no pain in the whole leg, how can it be cured?
