Hi sir, I am private sector employee and i work in long hours.immidiatly after starting wrk for 2hrs i get so much pain in my upper back..that is inbetween sholder. Due to this i am not able to work properly and after doing few stretches it will go and again it will start.. I sit in a good company chair and please suggest a good back rest pillow or any other remidies by which i can avoid the upper back pain Many thanks

Pectoral bmuscle pain since 7 months pain gng and cmg recent from2 days again pain came after lifting heavy bags and did excercise like yoga 35 mins or cardio bending excercise for 30 mins Alterna tive day basically i will do these excercise for 30_35 mins daily doing from 15:days no pain bis there suddenly 2 days back pain came it is due to excercise or due to lifting heavy bag?? I had cervical spondylitis. Neck also pain sometimes. Wt to do .

Sir kya growth plate check karne ke liye digital x-ray karwana ho GA ya plain x-ray me dikh jaye GA mere yaha plain x-ray hota Hai digital Nhi hota

I had an accident one week before and in x ray multiple fracture including rib fracture is noticed. I have severe pain in rib area which can be tolerated while sleeping. What to do? Kindly advice for rib fracture pain remedy pls. I m enclosing report.

While playing football, i had football hit on my right hand wrist, due to which, there is severe pain whenever I try to put pressure on it. I had x-ray done for the same, but all looked good,but the pain is still there. Could you please help me with this. Thanks in advance!!

Today after waking up I felt pain in my right shoulder if I moved my hand in lower direction ,or while getting up pain starts from middle of sholder and neck area and radiates to back.but when I sit taking a support or do not strain my upper body there is no pain.but when it happens I feel pain even in my neck and pain so much that I can't do anything

My doctor prescribed me to use sling for 6 months fro complete shoulder recovery Is it needed to use sling for 6 month Is using sling for 6 month will weak my shoulder
