सर मेने मेरी acl and meniscus surgery के 6 weeks k बाद अपने पैर पर वजन दिया पर में जब चलता हु तो मेरे knee के medial साइड थोड़ा सा पैन बहुत कम फील होता तो ये किस वजह से हे pllz help

I fell down froms steps and twisted my leg two months back.. I was wearing crape bandage.. pain had subsided and I was walking normally.. suddenly pain has increased a lot. I am unable to walk without ankle binder. Doctor suggested to do MRI if pain doesn't decrease. Earlier I had ligament ter in my right hand wrist. So I had taken MRI scan two times. Is it safe to take one more MRI scan ? Please help Why the pain has suddenly increased ? Xray reports were normal

When I wake up in the morning i am feeling pain heel bone after some time it goes away. What to do now

My knee got twisted 2 weeks ago while I went on trekking. It's difficult to take stairs and also little problems in walking. I am applying OMNIGEL on my knee. There is some relief but not complete recovery. Please provide some guidance.

Yesterday just after wake up I feel extreme pain in my left neck and shoulder Then I went to the doctor I took zerodol TH MAX after took the medicine I pain reduce little But when I lay down I feel pain in my neck so I can't move side And when I move my hand and neck I feel slight pain in my left neck and shoulder Is this serious

Suffered lateral malleolus fracture. There was an issue while first time putting the cast as at that time also there was no dorsiflexion. Now its been 2 days since the cast has been removed, there is still no dorsiflexion at all. Its causing a lot of imbalance and there is pain too. Kindly advice on the next course

My husband can't lift his right hand up and can't hold his hand up. This problem comes after his cricket bowling practice. He went boneseter for the same, bonesetter tied bandage for  10 days.
