Hi,
I have been diagnosed with lordosis now i am feeling sharp pain and pressure in brain. Even after doing pshyiotherapy there is no improvement. Please help me with this. Xray image is attached.

Are my feet flat? (Photos included)
Do my feet still have arches? Or are they flat? I am standing in the photos. Is it likely that I have foot problems such as Morton's disease?

Right Neck Shoulder Arm Pain
I have a neck pain especially on the right side..that pain radiates to the right shoulder and further down to the upper arm.
I also feel there is a slight swelling on the area between shoulder and armpit..on the shoulder muscle.

Calcium and Zinc tablets.
Hi Sir/Madam, can we take the calcium and zinc tablets that are available in the medical shops for general use. I hit the gym regularly and nowadays, I feel a little pain in my elbow and wrist joints. I lift heavy and doing it from 2 years. I am an eggiterian and do not consume meat. Can I take the tablets.? Kind regards.
