Bone & Muscle problems

From few month my knee was making sound like one bone overlapping  other, and now it started paining. Please suggest me any diet.

From the last 1 month i have pain in both the sole. Especially in the morning after wake up . And it increase after fast walk.

My husband leg twist while playing cricket . After leg is fine after spray and knee band . But after one month while walking sometime Feel leg is tight gor second then feel normal. I attached report pls suggest

Myself  is suffering heavy knee pain from 4 Monthand little back pain . Initially, Doctor adviced to take left Knee MRI and their impression is "POST TRAUMATIC CHONDROMALACIA PATEELAE -GRADE 2" and the observation is "partial thickness erosion /loss of articular cartilage over the medial patellar facet." Doctor said no obnormality in Knee then adviced to take LS  MRI and the impression result are " Reduced L5S1 intervertebral disk space with adjucent end plate degeneration,Posteriocentral disc protrusion at L5s1 level impingement on bilateral zone 1 nerve root (L>R), Annular Blige at L4 L5 level" .Nerve Conductin study shows normal . Based on MRI doctor advised to go for physiotherophy and take some medicine like pain killer,neurobion and iron tablet .Now the pain is reduced in left knee where as  right knee has same heavy pain . Doctor said you have spin issue but the knee pain is not because of that .But no conclusion given by doctor and do your regular duties without thinking pain .

My father had pain in spine and doctor asked for MRI . In his report it is mentioned 1) Diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 disc level is causing thecal sac indentation & bilateral neural foramina stenosis (Right >Left) 2) Osseous hemangioma noted in the body of D12 & L1 vertebra. Can you please tell what does this report mean.

Having sever pain in right hand fingers. Left hand n toe is bearable pain. Had consulted Dr few days back. He gave pregalift er 75 for 1 month n aceflam tabs for 10days. Had no pain for 10days. Now again it's back n hurting a lot

I recovered from COVID in April 2021 home isolation, then from July 2021 , i am feeling severe hip and knee pain ,mean time I have done all test related to arthritis mri bone scintography , ESR. CRP ANA ENA ANTI CCP HLAB27, RA ,BUT ALL TEST ARE NORMAL , and continue following Dr saurabh malviya indore , but not concluded what is my problem ,pain is so severe nucoxia 120 mg not working ETODOLAC 400 mg also

Pain on right leg join for 3-4 mnt. Difficulty in walking, Climbing the stare etc. Taking pain killer gives some relief but still same, now it seems that it is getting on the left leg also. Pls suggest.

I had an accident about 10 years ago while I was sitting on the back seat of the bike. I fell on the road(in the same position I was seated) on my buttocks and I couldn't stand straight after that for a few days. I should have visited a doctor but I didn't at the time. Ever since then, the back pain comes and goes without any trigger. I slept yesterday and when I woke up, I couldn't get up from the bed. Once I got up after so much effort, I couldn't sit back down. The pain is severe when I am changing positions(standing to seating and vice versa) or any kind of movement in my hips or back. I want to get it checked out thoroughly but I wanted to get some advice here about the seriousness of it before going to an orthopedist. I'll appreciate any input. Thank you

When wearing slipper pain in ankle and foot which reach to I think hip joint or groin , but wearing shoes make mei comfortable, so i m buying a soft cushion slipper, my question my may foot and ankle will be ok after wearing new slipper, but suppose if I wear my old slipper again will my pain still be there, I have flat foot, so flat foot can never be strong, question is will I have always have pain if I not wearing comfort slipper or shoes
