Right Neck Shoulder Arm Pain
I have a neck pain especially on the right side..that pain radiates to the right shoulder and further down to the upper arm.
I also feel there is a slight swelling on the area between shoulder and armpit..on the shoulder muscle.
please suggest a treatment or medicine.

This pain may be associated with a local soft tissue strain around the neck or shoulder muscles.
If you feel that the swelling is significant, it would be better to get investigated with either Ultrasonography or MRI of Shoulder region.
Next Steps
You can start with analgesic and muscle relaxant tablet, start hot fomentation, apply analgesic ointment locally, avoid lifting any heavy weight with Rt hand.
