Bone & Muscle problems

From last 4 month I have severe hip and lower back pain ,I have done MRI of SI & PELVIC Joints In Feb, ESR CRP REPATING every month , Hlab27 is negative, I want to know being normal ESR CRP any possibility of autoimmune disease

Last night I have radiating dull pain from my shoulder to both arm. This morning I took ezact MR(as per previous diagnosis)and my pain is reduced but still I have little dull pain to my left shoulder to elbow . What to do now? Is it very serious?

When I was playing in beach today I got hurt on bone near hip. What I have to do and which medicine n spray I have to use.

I played badminton after some months (Not played much overall in my life. I started playing for a few months then stop). Just right at the start of the game itself I had the pain.
