Foot thumb nail damaged
My foot thumb was hit by the door and suddenly the thumb nail popped up. I immediately applied turmeric to the wound. When something is touching the thumb nail I was feeling like hell lot of pain. Exercises during plantar fascia
I have been suffering from heel pain from last 3months.morning time pain is more, but rest of day there will be less pain.
I want to know can I do fast walking, running, aerobics or jumba in this situation. Or should I take rest for some days till that I recovered permanently from this.

Diagnosed with Hemangioma at the age of 6 on the ankle of the left leg. Operated and removed which left a 12 stitch on the ankle by an Orthopedic Surgeon
