My leg down and stop suddenly on pateela and my acl is injured mri report sprain and no one doctor can treat my problem in this time my knee feel unstable and sound also help no pain

My father is suffering from DIABETES, ACKD,CABG surgery done in 2019. Sir, doctor has given a target of 5000 steps walking daily to improve his heart functioning as his LVEF is very low & for diabetes related issue But it is astonishing to note that he has severe pain in the knee region due to walking what to do now ? How can he achieved the target?

I have been diagnosed with Mucoid Degeneration of ACL in my left knee Is there any need of surgery or the issue can be treated with physiotherapy ?

I had left clavicle fractured 3 months ago, kept hand sling for 6 weeks, but still fractured clavicle is same as that of first day, fractured parts are displaced one over the other. Will it remains as it is, is there any chance of reunion of fractured parts ,or it is ok for displaced parts to remain as such. Shoulder is stiff and there is very less movement of hand, plz suggest some good exercises for normal movement of hand.

Hiiii...my father is 62 years old...he is BP and diabetic patient.his weight is 82 kg.his one knee got hurt..then doctor said gap occurred in your knee joint...you will have to lose weight and also do exercise..my father did all this and also took medicine as per doctor but his knee problem is not getting better..so please suggest what he do ? can it cure with some medicine...i also attached his reports

My cervical spine x ray report says "cervical curvature shows straightening". How yo reverse this straightening and is it major issue cause i do 10hours of desk work daily and i feel pain in my neck and pain from neck radiating to shoulder and triceps.please advise what should i do

I have pain on the right side of the sternum and near shoulder blade too..it is a burning sensation. Breast ultrasounds, MRI of sternum, ribs, Echo, Xrays always come normal but this pain has been there for a year now. I got MRI spine done. Can C5, C6 disc bulge cause pain near shoulder blade and chest ?
