Sir can I join gym again before 2months I got a pain in lower back due to heavylifting after doing some exercises my pain 80-90% can I join gym again see my mri I attach

Hi, this is Dr. Praveen, happy to help you. I feel there is nothing in the MRI which needs intervention. 1.Kindly start Physiotherapy ( back strengthening exercises). 2. Avoid lifting heavy weights- with forward flexion, instead u can sit and lift weights. 3. Hi buddy hi we’re T. Retoz-MR Po 1-0-1 for 5days after food.

If thr is no discomfort in physical activities then yes u can resume with light weights.
