Radius and Ulna break
My father slipped from stair and his Radius and Ulna break so doctor done operation please tell me the operation happened correct or not I attach both x rays before after operation. After watching X ray post operative I saw bone not fix properly please suggest

Hi sir/ madam, this is Dr. Praveen Podali, happy to help u. The fixation which was done was acceptable, the bone which is broke in post op X-ray. Will definately remodel. Kindly visit ur operated doctor, he will definately guide you on that

Plating would have helped in achieving early ROM of the limb provided fracture was closed one.

• Limb elevation, Active/Passive finger movements. • Rest till further advice. • Watch for increased Swelling/Excessive pain/Toe or Finger discoloration/Fever. If present, visit the nearest hospital immediately.
