My mother is getting Sevier pain back to thigh of right side..she has done x ray..i attached x ray report.. please suggest if any serious issues there..i saw some round shape shadow on x ray what is that.??

Well it looks like your mother has lumbar disk disease which has radicular symptoms and detailed history is required to confirm the diagnosis , the xray isn’t very clear but the shadow you are worried about is bowel has , which is a normal finding, kindly revert back with better pics and consult further for detailed advice and prescription.
