Bone & Muscle problems

I have right chest pain.Got 3 MRI chest, 3 breast ultrasounds , 2 Xrays done and all came normal. No cough, no breathlessness so far. ECG, Echo are absolutely fine. So got MRI spine done this time and the report is attached. But no lower back pain, no neck pain. Can the bulging discs cause chest pain ?

Hi I have left shoulder and neck pain on and off for 3 months. For the last 2 weeks my pain has increased in my upper back specially in my left shoulder blade and few areas along my spine. I can feel a crawling sensation on my back when I lie down and shoulder blade pain also increases while I lie down. Pain becomes better with moving and increases while sitting/lying down on my back though once I change my position to side ways while sleeping gets better. Online everything says pain while lying down is very serious. What could be the reason for this ... I did start a new work out but that was just 4 days back. My local doctor says it is a spasm , I am worried if it's a nerve issue or spinal tumor

What does this report say about his fracture. Is it anything to worry about or the treatment is easy. Pls answer

My daughter is showing up the knock knees from past 6 months. She is 11 years old. She do cycling and play badminton on daily basis. She is slightly overweight according to her height. Her walking style has been changed and even her standing position is altered. She has no pain also. I am sending a pic of her for your better assessment. My knees are also makes a pop sound a lot I am taking coecoral plus capsule as a vitamin d supplement , i want to get rid of this deformity soon , please help me out...

Kindly help to understand, if medium firm pocket spring Mattress . Medium firm memory foam mattress medium firm only spring( spring not packeted )  Mattress . out of the three  which is overall good for lying down and sleeping. I do not have any back problem

My 6 month old girl stand on tip toe. What Can i do to make her stand properly.When I try to flat her feet she feels pain.I consulted her doctor but she said dont worry.
