Is ultrasound therapy safe for shoulder stiffness. My shoulder is causing pain in neck and tightness and heavy feeling in head..can I do ultrasound therapy to reduce pain.is ultrasound safe

From the past 2 months I am having tightness around left eye and head, behind left ear and stiff neck on left side It remains every time of the day, I am very much in distress. I am afraid whether is it something serious?

Hi, My mom is a home maker. My mom was having knee pain and foot backside pain for a long time. Consulted many doctors but no use of it. One of the doctor informed to reduce in taking the salt. My mom always using zandu balm to relief from pain. Some doctor mentioned taking zandu balm will impact in the future. I'm not sure what is the next step should take to recover completely from knee pain and foot backside pain. Reports are normal. I want opinion if there are any finding left. Since im having pain from two years. Im 24 years male.. Went for physio atleast three months. But im lacking external rotation. Physio says tightness im hip and weak glutes. Some say pelvic tilt. Please attaching mri of hip two films. As im practo we cant upload more than two photos. Report showed no abnormality
