I am suffering from neck pain and dizziness while lying and getting up, also moving the necks up down and sides. Pls advise is this problem due to spondylosis in the neck or any brain related issues?

You have degenerative changes in cervical spine....may be treated by physiotherapy and medications...may get an ENT opinion regarding dizziness .may have ear balance issues
