What you have shown is the normal bone patella.Do you have any symptoms around knee? There is a lesion found above the area you have marked.please send any other xray of the same limb if available

Hi, that's a bone called patella, it's the largest sesamoid bone (bone within the tendon) in the body. Not to worry, nothing abnormal in this view.
