First try the non surgical close reduction under and pop plaster cast short General anesthesia in 75 percent cases no surgical nail/ plate required
Only in non correctable reduction fracture nail/ plate is only surgery option

Hello
This is a displaced fracture of shaft Radius and Ulna.
This definitely requires surgical intervention with plate fixation(Not rod).
This kind of fracture cannot be treated with plaster.
