Sir my age is 17 years my childhood vaccinated for tetanus is complete UpTo 4 dose intinal 3 dose UpTo 6 months of age and one booster at 18 months of age then after that taken one tetanus toxoid injection at 15 years of age current age then again in September 2021 taken one tetanus toxoid injection and before 7 days taken one more tetanus toxoid injection for injury but today got injured in muddy soil do I need tetanus immuglobin as read that tt injection don't provide instant immunity and I have taken it before 7 days only do I need tetanus immuglobin for protection as injured in muddy soil or not required please tell please tell

I am having pain in the arm since last 5 months Sometimes I have severe pain. I feel like someone is hitting in the area of the arm very hard with a stick I have not visited any doctor for the problem And the problem has increased considerably during a month What could be my problem

My father have been facing sever shoulder pain for past 2 moths. He can't move his left shoulder due to extreme pain. He got his x-ray done but it was normal. He is a diabetic (Hyperglycemia) patient ,Yesterday FBS was 184. Took him to orthopedic but nothing worked. One most important thing to consider is that he rides scooty every day for about 70-80 Kms. in order to reach his work place.

My hlab27 is negative still I am feeling knee joints and hips pain , MRI of Si joints and PELVIC was quite normal , pls look my attached report I am taking tofacitinib 5 mg bd

Now my right buttock with right foot pain irritate me while sitting standing...sometimes i feel like tingling in right buttocks and right foot while standing.
