Pain in the back of shoulder and neck feeling weakness and pain in stomach and feel no hunger plzz help

Hello, I did some light exercises (for around 30 mins) including sit ups over the weekend and from 2 days I am now having knee pain which worsens whenever I bend my knee. Usually I don't do that much exercises, rather I walk for 30-40 mins in the morning, so not sure if this because of that. I applied volini but the pain is still there. Can someone suggest what can I do for this pain?

These are his reports. His thigh & knee caught infection after that several test ( ESR & CBC )had been done and the reports came normal but his pain and swelling are remain the same.. this is his 4th operation .And this period his bone never heal in 2011 he had an accident from that period onward but after 4th operation his bone shows some results

45 days after partial tear of MCL and MPFL, knee MRI was conducted which has an impression "Focal articular cartilage thinning with increased signal intensity along medial facet of patella, however subchondral bone is normal, suggestive of grade 3 chondromalacia." Is it normal with the injury already sustained? And what does it mean? Also earlier MRI conducted before 45 days had articular cartilage as normal. Is damage in such a short term possible or there may be a possibility of erroneous observation. Further I do not have any pain around patella. Also I do not have crepitus in the knee while bending.

There is pain in my hand for more than 6 months. A doctor identified it as tennis elbow and gave me two dose of local steroids. But I am not feeling well yet. Kindly suggest me what to do.

I have sciatica I have been having pain in the lower part of the foot near the ankle and the groin for a few days, there is no problem in doing daily activities and 45 days i have done physiotherapy but little pain is still left which i feel in open and near ankle Tell me any way to get rid of this problem so that my problem will be solved as soon as possible.
