My mother feet was fractured about two month agao. She had hard cast for 50 days. And a week before cast was removed. There was a little bit swelling . Doctor adviced to walk . So whenever she walks her feets swell a lot. But no pain . But feel heaviness. And swelling remains all day. How to reduce swelling she walks regularly but swelling is not going down. Even she takes rest still swelling is there. Currently she is applying hot water fermentation only. And calcium tab she is taking Please guide us.

I had put a cast for 15 days after I twisted my ankle. The X-rays were fine there was no fracture. I removed my cast yesterday and since then have been experiencing discomfort while walking. I have pain on my heel and a stiff ankle cause of which I'm unable to walk properly. Will this improve or I should I consult a doctor again .

Respected sir/madam ,my mother are having deep pain at spinal cord,after consulting orthopaedic ,he told me that spinal cord shifted and not got treated by medicine .it will be operated and not sure about that it will be successful. Please give me suggestions about it what should be done.

I had olecranon fracture, which was treated by kwire fixation, my cast was removed mid March after 25 days of surgery. I have been undergoing physiotheraphy since then, during the session extension is 90% and flexion is 60%. Doing 100% extension causes a lot of pain which is unbearable and same is the case for flexion. Can I use wax therapy before session (kwire fixation is there) ?
