Cervical spondylitis
I have been diagnosed with Cervical Spondeslysis since a month. Thereafter i am doing pshyiotherapy till now no improvement. Please recommend what is the issue and possible treatment. Is there any nerve related problems?

Hi madam, This is Dr. Praveen Podali, happy to help you. Ur X-ray shows there is loss of cervical lordosis. 1. Avoid using thicker pillows 2. Avoid bending forward and working on ur phones and computers 3. Continue Physiotherapy exercises( neck strengthening exercises) 4. If still not recovered. Get MRI of cervical spine.
