Hi, I fell down 1.5 yr bak n hurt knees. From then, I get sudden muscle pull feeling inside right knee randomly and feel knee pain when walking long. Please assist and give short long term solution

Since my childhood, i have pectus excavatum and my hands and legs are very thin even though my weight is 47 48 , i have bow legs too , my shoulder seems little bit muscular but my hands are even thinner as compared to the children of 15 -16 age , is it due to vitamin d deficiency or something else , now it's effecting my self esteem as i am very thin and a college going student despite of eating all food , my boding isn't becoming healthy like a normal 20 22 years old boy

I have suddenly noticed a dent on my right thigh on the upper side. There is no pain to touch. I am not sure if it was already there as I noticed it today. I have recently started doing workouts since 4 days. Can it be due to that?

I had a polio attack when i am 3 yrs Old and my right leg has been paralyzed and I am using caliper for mobility purpose. I have delivered my second baby 50 days back through c section.3 surgeries were done at a single instance - Appendicitis removal, C Section and a Family planning. And after a week I started getting pain in my legs. Initially, it is started in right leg after some days I got pain in right leg as well. I usually feel the pain in the foot and haven't felt any pain in leg and calf. Pain will be bearable. But over last 3 days, i am getting a pain in my toes and all my finger joints (in toes) are paining a lot. I am not seeing much swelling but I could feel pin and needles and also a burning sensation sometimes. The pain is more in my right foot. I have taken blood test uric acid is 5.3, RA factor is 10.6 and ESR is 85. Should I be worried about Arthritis? One of my relatives told that this pain could be of an infection happened after surgery. Need your advice here.
