My age is 26, while I do tap on my lap bone specially on front i feels pain also my neck and back have pain after wake up .also if I press my forearm bone I get pain what should I do there are any test should you recommend me

How common is thoracic spine disc bulge as compared to disc bulges in cervical and lumbar ? Please assist.

Sharp pain in the muscle behind the shoulder blade. Coudnt sleep last night. Applied balm but no relief.

From the top 3/4 disc of the spine and from the center to the right where the spine ends and back shoulder muscle is connecting, at that point i feel the pain. While working in office if I dont set the chair at a high level and if i dont use hand rest for my right hand, I feel the pain. If I set the monitor at a lower level than my eye level, after working 5-6 hours I feel the pain. I do workout and basic shoulder exercises but even after 3-4 sets of push up I feel upper back muscle attached to that spine location is paining. I have given an image of the location of pain.

Hi Doctor, My sister who is 26 years old. She is suffering from severe back pain and leg pain till tigh. She has consulted doctor and had a xray. Now leg pain was reduced. If she take some rest she will be ok for some time. Else she is suffering from severe back pain. I'm attaching the xray. What does it mean disc bulge at L4-L5 and and L3-L4? Does medication alone clears the root cause? I have been suffering it for 2 months. There is some temporary pain relief with deflazacort , no pain killers or injections had given me the instant relief even now too. When I sit on crossed legs still for 5 mins, along the thigh till foot I am getting pains. I had got internal swelling near the thigh around pelvic section, whatever medications I had used, it was still there and Making me to sleep or sit uncomfortable too while doing work. What is the solution for it?

Hi I slipped and fell in to the 10 feet ditch and got my shoulder dislocated 1 month ago. I was taken to the ER immediately and tried closed reduction but did not come back so they gave me anaesthesia and did closed reduction. After 4 weeks on sling, they removed the sling and performed MRI. Attached the MRI and report. Please let me know what does the report say and what should I do now. I am currently doing physiotherapy

I have been suffering with pain below collar bone and shoulder like something getting pressure at that time my fingers (thump,index and middle) feel numbness Some times suddenly I feel free and no pain for last 1-2 years in Right side only What could be the reason?

From last 1 year my wife is experiencing pain and swelling in her right leg. Along with severe knee pain. Recently we did her full body checkup where the creatinine levels are low (0.52 mg/dl). Vitamin D Total-25 Hydroxy (14.64 ng/ml) is also low, serum iron (39.0 ug/dl) which is low too. Kindly suggest what type of treatment is needed in this case.
