Sir /Ma'am Last year in my heel heavy pain started so dr advised to do xray, In xray it was detected that heel bones increased . Dr Diagnosed with inj in heels so that larger bones get smooth . After few days i feel comfort in heels . Dr advised to use soft slippers like Dr schul. After six months again pain started in both the heels. Plz advised what to do now. Thanks

MRI says high grade partial mpfl tear with wavy architecture of torn fibres near femoral attachment. Does MPFL being an extra articular ligament heals back to normal?

Right side of my sternum is hurting for almost a year now.Got MRI thorax done couple of months ago and that came normal, then repeated MRI of sternum now again.That also came out normal, then got a CT scan done, it showed subchondral cystic changes on right side of sternum.Also I can touch and feel some of my rib joints coming up while moving my arm.Also bigger bumps on right side joints compared to left joints.Does it mean arthritis ?

Hello Doctor, I am having upper back pain for last 4 months consulted ortho doctor they advised it is because of postural problem & muscle spasm. Going physio for muscle relaxation, physio said chest pain and tightness in chest due to upper back stiffness, while doing physio I feel relaxed but after 1 or 2 days pain is slowly coming back. While lying down Flat on floor getting chest tightness and pain,wen getting such feel I become tensed and worried of heart attack. Consulted cardiologist to rule out cardio issues I have done ecg, echo and tmt, chest x ray all comes out normal, cardiologist said nothing worry about heart issues just lifestyle changes and weight reduction will help to come out from it. After that also always thinking of the pain and heart issues, which made my day fearful not able to spend time with family no enjoyment. BP and Cholesterol wer there. Taking BP pills metosartan 25. Kindly suggest me what to be done further to come out from this issue.

Last day 30/04/2022 i have joined gym for the first time, I did excercise vigorously now I have lot of pain in my right hand bisceps muscles , in my upper leg muscles and also in right chest muscles, i am unable to bend by hand to eat, not slept whole night because of pain. Please help me to manage this pain. Do i need to visit any local doctor for physical verification?

I have been recommended Mobizox tablet by my physiotherapist for back pain after a check up. However last time I had Mobizox, it caused me abdominal pain. I Still need a Muscle Relaxant which is milder than Mobizox. Can I take Intagesic MR or Flexon MR as a substitute with PAN D empty stomach in the morning? Which one is a milder muscle Relaxant?

I am 5'5 feet but my weight 70 kg and my age is 16. My father and mother are also 5'5 but my mother's brother and mother's father is 5'10 .pl tell does weight loss help in height increase.and what will be my max height if i exercise daily till 18 .pl tell my genes are of 5'5 or 5'10 pl help.further more pl tell that should i stop junk food.and i had diagnosed with low calcium, vitamin b12, vitamin d ... MRI says Subchondral cystic changes on right side of sternum. I have pain on right side of sternum which is relieved upon lying on back.Starts paining as soon as start my day with activities even while walking . Is this because of cystic changes and does it mean that the cysts are present ?

There is swelling in upper part of the knee and unable to keep it in one position for long duration like while traveling. There is continuous sweet pain in it.
