Pain around calcaneus & Metatarsal bone
From last few months every morning when I wake up, I am having pain in my foot area, the concentration of pain is around the heel bone(calcaneus) & metatarsal bone. The first few steps to the ground are very pain full and then it fades away after some time. Please suggest something, It would be really appreciable. Thanks
