Have a physiotherapy session of wax therapy for the joint to relieve pain and while walking don’t put more force in the fifth metatarsal joint weight shifting to the foot is such a way that while u walk ur heel will come to contact with the ground first then lateral side of the foot to be placed such as foot flat then u have to take the heel off from the ground and then toe off this is the mechanism of gait training which show the weight shifting learn it and don’t put more force or exaggerate over the meta tarsal area
