Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain in my sternum for last 10 months so got MRI thorax done which came out normal then got a CT scan done which says " Subchondral cystic changes on the right side of sternum involving sternoclavicular joint ". Can you please advice what this means and is this what is causing pain and tenderness ?

In 2019 I was diagnosed with Acute Bilateral Sacroilitis (Lower Lumbar Spine) The treatment worked well and I didn't have any pain, it still comes and goes but the doctor who was treating me, an orthopaedic surgeon and rheumatologist said that it will come and go occassionally and I did, just I had to done an exercise to reduce it and it worked, But now for the past 1 month the pain has been coming on and off a lot, my main concern is that my legs now are beginning to hurt really bad for the last 3 weeks and burning sensation are there, last when I spoke to the doctor he said it will happen sooner or late and advanced treatment will be needed as on steroid injections into my back, same as I took in 2019, Please let me know what has to be done Thanks

For last couple of months, I am having severe pain in my right buttock and front side ( around hope bone). I had pelvic and LS spine MRI. Pelvic MRI said all is normal but LS spine report says there is acute sacroilteatis. My orthopaedic said there is very mild inflammation and looks like more of SI joint sprain. I am on medication and taking physiotherapy but there isn't much improvement. I want to know if this condition can be managed or there is no cure? What is the success rate of the SI joint steroids injection? Should I consider that option since my pain is really unbearable at times?

1)How much I can grow based on my knee xray(1inch,2inches or 3 inches like that can some one say).. How much years of growth is left(like 1 year or 2 ...) Can some one say clearly Like exact answer for the question.. Iam 16 years old(male)

I had chest pain on right side of sternum for months so got MRI thorax done which says "mild subluxation and degenerative changes involving right sternoclavicular joint. Rest of the thorax is normal. Can the right side chest occur be due to this ?

Is my feet fractured? I got an x ray on my feet not sure if it's fractured or no, does it look normal?

Hello doc, am feeling sudden weakness, faint feeling and neck pain and pressure like feeling. Am also feeling pain in one or both temples. Am also feeling tingling in left hand pointing finger and middle finger. And discomfort in left leg also In 2019 due to severe neck pain i had done mri of cervical spine and whole spine doctor said there are minor changes nothing to worry. Am facing same issue now. Is this problem in cervical spine??? Or anything else??? Shall I repeat the same MRI and visit doctor ??? Please evaluate the problem and please suggest what to do...
